RE-OPENING THE CHURCH

October 19th, 2020 by christine

WELCOME BACK

OUR BUILDING IS OPEN SUNDAY
FROM 4th OCTOBER
In accordance with Government guidelines/rules our building at York Road has remained closed during the last six months.

The CHURCH (the people) have found other ways to worship God including the weekly ‘Sunday Worship at Home’ sheets prepared each week by our Minister, Revd Frances, and featured on this website.

We are pleased to announce that we are ready to open our building once again in a limited way for worship on Sundays from 4th October and according to new Government guidelines.

Our services will be shorter and there will be no congregational singing. Music will be played for folk to listen to and to enhance the worship.

MASKS MUST BE WORN )
throughout the service (unless exempt)
and social distancing observed.

Refreshments will NOT be served after the service and neither will there be a time for fellowship (however there may be opportunity for greetings and goodbyes outside of the building as long as social distancing is maintained).

If you feel able to attend a corporate worship service we look forward to welcoming you at York Road. For those who feel the time is not yet right for them, our Sunday Worship at Home sheets will still be available on this website for the foreseeable future.
We thank you for your patience during this difficult time

KEEP SAFE AND WELL
